African Leadership University is a network of tertiary institutions in Mauritius and Rwanda, offering bachelor’s degree programs. ALU’s learning experience allows students to continually apply the skills they have learnt, both inside and outside the classroom. Year 1 is a foundation year consisting of a core curriculum on data and decisions, communication for impact, entrepreneurial leadership and a projects course that simulates work in the real world. Each ALU student completes a 12-month internship program, with an extensive network of employers across Africa and the world.
