ALU SCHOOL OF BUSINESS PARTIAL SCHOLARSHIPS

The ALU School of Business MBA programme is our flagship accredited postgraduate degree in business administration. It is a 20-month transformative MBA programme for Africa’s business leaders. ALUSB offers the first pan-African MBA programme of its kind. Akin to an executive MBA, this programme is designed for ambitious, working professionals who are immersed in dynamic economies across Africa. This world-class, 20-month, part-time MBA programme blends in-classroom ‘’intensive’’ sessions with interactive, online learning. Our blended learning model allows you to fit your part-time studies around your work schedule, enabling you to apply and practice new tools, frameworks and insights on the job.

You will join your peers six times during the programme, for week-long ‘’intensive” sessions, where you will learn directly from an ‘all-star’ cast of African business leaders. Our vision is to serve as a catalyst for prosperity in Africa by developing world-class African executives and entrepreneurs who will make this century the African century.

ALU School of Business is offering 10 different kinds of partial scholarships offering up to $10 000 each, to support admitted candidates. Applicants must first gain admission to the MBA programme before they can apply. The most relevant for Eswatini applicants are:

  • Women’s Scholarship - The ALUSB Women’s Scholarship is for women with demonstrated career progression and leadership experience, who are nationals of an African country and have spent a substantial part of their lives, and received part of their prior education in Africa.

  • Leader’s Scholarship - Preference will be given to candidates who demonstrate outstanding professional and personal achievements and possess significant leadership experience.

  • Social Impact Scholarship - Candidates of any nationality who demonstrate a strong motivation for driving positive change, community involvement, social engagement and/or social enterprise

  • Women in Tech Scholarship – The ALUSB Women in Tech Scholarship is for women with demonstrated career progression in technology.-related fields.

  • Scholarship for Leaders in Healthcare - Candidates of any African nationality working in the health industry and who plan to make a positive impact to Africa’s health sector.

  • Creative Arts Scholarship - Candidates of any African nationality working in the following creative art industries are eligible-: Advertising & Marketing, Crafts, Design (Product, Graphic and Fashion design), Film, TV, Video, Radio, Photography, Publishing, Museums, Galleries and Libraries.
